As Thompson’s Commercial Manager, Leisha manages the business’s financial responsibilities – day to day forecasting, cost analysis, payments and reporting – for the company.

Working for Zespri International for 5 years in the grower’s service department Leisha gained invaluable knowledge about the kiwifruit industry. With a focus on new varieties, legal contracts, analysing on-orchard data and managing the grower services team’s schedules she honed her skills in data analysis, contract management, forecasting and reporting.

Leisha prides herself on being organised and efficient, an effective communicator and is hugely passionate about Thompson’s Horticulture being a highly successful business which will result in their stakeholders receiving best results.
